Kim is a graduate of Purdue University and a Registered Dietitian based in Michigan. For the past 26 years, Kim has worked in clinical oncology, ICU, dialysis, cardiac care, and outpatient & public health settings, giving her a wide variety of experience.
She currently owns NutritionPro Consulting and Communications where she is a freelance writer and food and health consultant and is quoted regularly in magazines and websites related to wellness and nutrition.
Kim has a particular interest in agriculture and enjoys conveying to consumers what she has learned through farm tours, working with the United States Farmers and Ranchers Alliance and communicating with farmers. Advocating for truth by presenting evidence-based food, health and agricultural information to the public is Kim’s passion.
